Privacy Policy

This policy is a working draft and is pending review by an attorney.

Who we are

Fujita Digital ("we," "us") is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, operating the website fujitadigital.com.

What we collect

Fujita Digital does not set analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this site. The booking page embeds Calendly's scheduling widget, which sets its own cookies and asks for your consent inside that widget.

• Booking information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and anything you include in the booking notes. That data is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy and is shared with us so we can hold the call.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive standard request data (such as your IP address) when fonts are fetched.

How we use it

To respond to you, hold scheduled calls, provide services you request, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

• Calendly (scheduling)
• Netlify (hosting)
• Google Fonts (typefaces)

Retention

We keep correspondence and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to fujitaalex01@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
